## Where to get help

Tickets have a category (technical, trading, account, BAQ, forum, privacy or other), a subject of 4 to 120 characters and a message of 10 to 6,000 characters. You can send up to 5 tickets per hour. Each ticket receives a reference number.

## What to include

A precise request gets a faster answer. Include:

- your account email or your **wallet address**;
- the market, the date and time with your time zone, and the **transaction hash** if there is one;
- the exact message the terminal showed, and a screenshot with no sensitive data;
- what you expected to happen and what happened instead.

> [!CAUTION]
> BotRadix support will **never** ask for your seed phrase, private keys, password or 2FA codes, will never ask you to install remote-access software and will never ask you to send funds. Anyone who does is not BotRadix.

Before your first DEX action, your wallet signs, for free, the complete Terms (sections 1 to 26) and the Privacy Policy, version 2026-10-12.2, identified by their SHA-256 fingerprint. Your PDF agreement is downloaded when you sign, and you can download it again from **DEX settings → My agreement (PDF)**.
