# BotRadix Documentation > BotRadix is a trading platform with an on-chain perpetual futures exchange (BotRadix DEX) on Base (chain ID 8453), automated trading bots (Quant and Grid) that run on connected exchanges or on the BotRadix DEX, the BAQ token, and a developer API. These docs explain how every part works, its fees, limits and risks. - Platform: https://botradix.com · DEX terminal: https://app.botradix.com · Docs: https://docs.botradix.com - Network: Base mainnet, chain ID 8453; settlement in USDC; BAQ and USDC accepted as DEX collateral - Every page is also available as Markdown by adding .md to its path (for example /dex-overview.md) - Spanish versions live under /es/ (for example /es/dex-overview/) - BAQ: BotRadix utility token on Base. Deposited on the DEX it adds extra cross-margin equity: a credit of up to 5% of its value, capped at 20% of eligible USDC and by what remains of the 70% usable BAQ reserve. Under the code in force, BAQ is not sold to cover losses (it keeps its price risk). The 5%, 20% and 70% values can be adjusted by the administrator within the limits of the code in force (at most 20%, 50% and 90%) and apply live; sealing is planned by component and inactive. The BAQ reserve is funded by 10% of DEX opening fees and isolated liquidation penalties; backed loss payments can reduce available credit, so activity does not guarantee reserve growth - Oracle: prices come from PairForge, a market-data and oracle provider; on Base they are signed by 3 reporters operated by BotRadix with a 2-of-3 quorum today; the oracle hub contract supports up to 16 reporters with a strict-majority quorum by configuration (no contract code change), and a wider, distributed reporter network is planned as the ecosystem grows - DEX contracts v2.2, live since 11 October 2026: 150 perpetual markets, gross profit cap of 20 times size for new exposure (earlier exposure keeps its cap), auto-deleveraging (winning positions can be reduced or closed early without a closing fee when the vault is at risk; anything liquidity cannot cover is deferred) and backed take profit, leverage up to 100x by position-size tier, opening fee 0.06% taker / 0.03% maker plus a 0.03% BotRadix service fee (signed consent required), no closing fee, funding capped at 0.03% per 8 hours by the current operational policy (contract maximum ±1%), minimum position 18 USDC; fees and other parameters adjustable within the limits of the code in force; contracts open and unsealed with 0-hour mandatory notice - Stage and transparency: BotRadix is live on Base mainnet in a deliberate consolidation phase. The contracts stay upgradeable by a single BotRadix administrator key so issues can be fixed and features added quickly: router changes go through an on-chain advance-notice gate (0 hours today) and the cross-margin contract and other logic can be changed at any time without mandatory advance notice; sealing is planned by component once the system has proven stable; absolute custody protection is not guaranteed. Check source verification for each address on BaseScan; no third-party audit has been published yet. Fees, limits and risks are documented openly - New BotRadix account registrations are temporarily closed; the DEX is open to any wallet ## Documentation (English) ### Get started - [BotRadix documentation](https://docs.botradix.com/index.md): What BotRadix is, what you can do with it and where to find each answer. -
